Terms of Use
Last updated: June 25, 2026 · Applies to the Business BIO Page by OneExample.com
These Terms of Use govern the Business BIO Page service offered through the OneExample.com website, operated by MORPH.media S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "OneExample"). By using this website or requesting the service, you accept these Terms.
1. The service
The Business BIO Page is a custom-built presentation page hosted on the client's domain, which includes their links, a WhatsApp button, a contact form, contact download, a reviews link and a QR code, together with a physical card with an NFC chip and printed QR. The exact scope of each project is defined in the proposal delivered to the client.
2. Request and proposal
The website form is a request for information, not a contract. The service begins when the client accepts the corresponding proposal and payment of the initial investment is confirmed. The prices shown on the website are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and may change without prior notice; the applicable price is the one in the accepted proposal.
3. Payments, renewal and deliverables
- The initial investment covers the build of the page and the first card, as set out in the proposal.
- The annual renewal keeps the page active and is free of charge while the client has an active monthly retainer.
- Shipping of the physical card is not included: it is coordinated with the client (free pickup, or courier at a separate charge).
- Delivery times are confirmed in the proposal and depend on the client delivering the necessary content on time.
4. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that the content they provide (texts, logos, photographs, links and their team's data) is truthful, their own or duly authorized, and does not infringe third-party rights or the law. The client must have the consent of the people whose data they share.
5. Ownership
Once the service is paid in full, the client's own content and their page belong to the client and reside on their domain. OneExample retains the rights to its methods, templates and reusable technical components. The client grants OneExample permission to show the project as a reference case, unless they request otherwise in writing.
6. Availability and limits of liability
I work to keep the service running continuously and correctly, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results (such as search rankings, number of clients or sales). OneExample will not be liable for indirect damages or for failures attributable to third parties (domain providers, hosting, external platforms or social networks).
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with its last-updated date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of León, Guanajuato, México, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
10. Contact
For any question about these Terms, write to youonlyneed@oneexample.com.
