Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice is issued under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) in force in the United Mexican States and its applicable regulations. Here I explain what personal data I collect, what I use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The party responsible for processing your personal data is MORPH.media S.A. de C.V., operating under the commercial brand OneExample.com, with its domicile in León, Guanajuato, México (hereinafter, "OneExample").

For any matter related to this Notice or to your personal data, you can write to youonlyneed@oneexample.com.

2. What data I collect

When you fill out the Business BIO Page request form, I collect the following data directly:

Identification and contact: your name, the name of your company or business, your WhatsApp number and, optionally, your email address.
Business information: the link or name of your Google Business Profile, links to your social media, your YouTube channel, your domain (if you have one) and the goals you choose for your page.
Contact source: how you found us, for measurement purposes.
Optional image: the logo or photograph you decide to upload for your page.
Your team's data (optional): if you request pages for several people, the name, WhatsApp and email of each member that you provide to us.
Technical data: your approximate IP address, which the website uses automatically (through the content delivery network) solely to show you a consistent version of the page.

I do not collect sensitive personal data. I do not ask for information about health, ethnic origin, beliefs, financial situation or any other data considered sensitive by law. If you share data belonging to third parties (for example, your team), you declare that you have their consent to do so.

3. What I use your data for

Primary purposes (necessary for the service)

These purposes give rise to and are necessary for our relationship, so they do not require your additional consent:

Contacting you to handle your request and answer your questions.
Preparing and sending you a custom proposal or quote.
Designing, building, delivering and maintaining your Business BIO Page and your card.
Complying with legal and tax obligations arising from providing the service.

Secondary purposes (require your consent)

These purposes are not necessary for the service. You may decline them without it affecting your request:

Sending you information about new services, promotions or content.
Running measurements and statistics to improve the service.

If you do not want your data used for the secondary purposes, send your refusal to youonlyneed@oneexample.com.

4. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

You can ask me at any time to limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to youonlyneed@oneexample.com. I will handle your request within the timeframes set by law.

5. Your ARCO rights

You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when it is inaccurate, to Cancel it when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes, and to Object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also revoke the consent you have given us.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to youonlyneed@oneexample.com stating your name, a way to contact you and a clear description of what you are requesting. I will respond within the legal timeframes.

6. Data transfers

I do not sell, assign or trade your personal data. I only share it with providers who help me operate the service (for example, website hosting and email delivery), who act as processors and are required to handle your data in accordance with this Notice and the law.

7. Use of tracking technologies

The website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It only uses the minimal technical functions necessary for it to work, such as checking your approximate IP address to display the page consistently.

8. Changes to this Notice

This Notice may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes in the service. The current version will always be available on this page, with its last-updated date.

9. Data protection authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may go to the competent authority on the matter, which under current legislation is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno of the Government of México.
