Women who run the business

Your business is real. Online it barely shows.

You built the company, you have customers and they refer you. But when someone who does not know you searches for what you sell, they find somebody else. I measure exactly where that breaks, with data, at no cost.

No commitment and no card. You keep it whether you hire me or not.

What happens when a stranger looks you up

I measure this constantly and the pattern repeats. The Google listing exists but nobody at the business controls it, so the name and the hours cannot be corrected. The category is wrong, and the category is what decides which searches Google considers you for. The site is slow on a phone, which is where almost everyone arrives.

Then there is a newer layer that most people are not watching. When your customer asks ChatGPT or Google who does what you do in your city, the answer gets assembled from whatever has been published. If your own site does not say it, they take it from Facebook, an old directory or a government bulletin. You wrote none of that, and it is what is being read about you.

None of this gets fixed by luck, and most of it costs nothing. It gets fixed by knowing where the gap is.

What I measure in your analysis

Your Google listing

Whether it exists, whether anyone on your team actually controls it, whether the category is right, and how high you show on the map against whoever competes with you.

What a stranger sees

Your name in Google exactly as it comes up today. What shows first is often not what you would have chosen.

What AI answers

I ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google the questions your customer asks. I tell you whether they name you, and who they name instead.

Your site under the hood

How fast it loads on a phone, what it is missing for Google to understand what you sell, and which pages you do not have yet.

Who vouches for you

Which sites link to yours and whether any of it helps. Sometimes it is all junk directories, and that is worth knowing.

What your buyer searches

How many people look for what you sell each month, in your city and your state, with real numbers instead of a hunch.

You get it as a page of your own, with the numbers in plain sight and what to do first. Anything I could not measure, I say so instead of filling the gap.

If you belong to a women business association

I run a session for your members at no cost. Live, screen shared, measuring whatever is in the room: one member's listing, another's website, what AI answers when someone asks about a third member's line of work. Nobody leaves with theory, everyone leaves with their own numbers.

Every member who wants one also gets her full analysis, free. For the association it is a new benefit it can put in front of members right away, and for me it is the honest way to be introduced: doing the work in front of you instead of sending a quote.

Selling on both sides of the border

If your customers are in the US and in Mexico, one site with a language toggle is usually the wrong answer. What works is two native versions, each written for its own market and linked so Google serves the right one, because a buyer in San Diego and a buyer in Leon are not searching the same words.

I work in both languages every day and I measure both markets separately, so you can see where the demand actually is before deciding which one to build for first.

How I work

I am Steve Sullivan. I work from Leon, Guanajuato, with businesses across Mexico and the US. I am not an agency with an account manager in the middle: you talk to me, and I do the work with my AI team behind me.

I do not promise rankings and I will not hand you an invented number of new customers. What I do is measure first, tell you what I see, and give you every figure next to its source so you can check it yourself or hand it to someone else.

If you would rather see how I think first, I explain it here, and the results page has the before and after numbers.

Questions I get

What does the analysis cost?

Nothing. You get the whole thing, with the measurements and a link you can open whenever you want. If you then want me to do the work, we talk about it. If not, the analysis is still yours.

What do you need from me to start?

Your business name and your website, if you have one. If you do not have a site, a link to your Google listing or your Instagram is enough for me to measure.

Do you only work with women?

No. I work with anyone who wants to sell more. This page exists because a good share of my work ends up being with women who own the business, often through their association.

I sell on both sides of the border. Can you handle that?

That is a large part of what I do. I work in English and Spanish, and a cross-border business usually needs two native versions of the site rather than one translated one, so each market finds you in its own language.

You are based in Mexico. Does that matter?

I work from Leon, Guanajuato, with businesses in Mexico and in the US. Everything I do is remote and measurable, and you see the data next to its source, so you never have to take my word for it.

What does my association get?

A session for your members at no cost, and a free analysis for every member who asks for one. For the association it is a new benefit it can offer the same week, and it lets people meet me doing the work rather than pitching it.

I tell you what is missing before you spend a dollar

The analysis is free and it is yours, whether you hire me or not.
